things i wanna learn:)

Scientific method

Summary:The scientific method is more or less a method which helps us distinguish science. It has been around since the 18th century.

Consisting of observation, measurement, experimentation, hypothesis and testing.

who pioneered the method?

Aristotle

who pioneered the experimental scientific method?

Galileo Galilei

The scientific method steps

1)Question

2)Research

3)Craft a hypothesis

4)Create a experiment to test your hypothesis

5)Record the data, observations of the data, and meaning of the data

6)Conclude if your hypothesis was correct, incorrect or inconclusive

Introduction to chemistry

Things youll see in chemistry or you might think of when you think of chemistry:

scientists working with diffrent vials and chemicals.Brewing up chemical equations, thinking about how diffrent things

will react to one another and maybe even form other things.

molecules, atoms and maybe even the periodic table of elements.

These are all apart of chemistry

Why does chemistry also have math?

Math is used in chemistry as well as other sciences and that is because, sometimes you may need to preform

mathimatical calculations to explore important concepts in chemistry

now time to learn some vocab

Atom

"the basic unit of a chemical element"

Molecule

a group of atoms that are fused/mushed togther, representing the smallest fundamental

unit of a chemical compound that can take part in a chemical reaction

Chemical bonding

is used when atoms and molecules link together through a reaction

known as chemical bonding

now time for a little more knowlegde

Acid based chemistry

an acid is a molecule or ion capable of donating a proton(Bronsted Lowry acid)

or a covalent bond with an electron pair, known as a Lewis acid

Acids and bases what is the diffreance?

Acids:pH level ranges from 1-7

Acids:has a sour taste

Molecules:pH level ranges from 7-14

Molecules:bitter taste and soapy to the touch

Laws of thermodynamics

"The laws of thermodynamics define a group of physical quantities, such as temperature, energy, and entropy,

that characterize thermodynamic systems in thermodynamic equilibrium. The laws also use various parameters for thermodynamic processes,

such as thermodynamic work and heat, and establish relationships between them.

They state empirical facts that form a basis of precluding the possibility of certain phenomena, such as perpetual motion.

In addition to their use in thermodynamics, they are important fundamental laws of physics in general, and are applicable in other natural sciences."
